Can anyone tell me of any well known girl guitarists who play
Rickenbacker guitars? I know that Susnnah Hoffs of the Bangles used
to play a black Rickenbacker, and would be interested to hear of any
others. Also, being the proud owner of a Rickenbacker 360 Fireglo
myself, are there any other girl Rickenbacker players who would be
interested in corresponding?

I saw a few mentioned on the Rickenbacker Registration Page.

Amy (don't know the last name) in The Alice Band - has a 360/12 FG with
McGuinn autograph on the pickguard - might not be too well known right now
though. Look out for their debut single 'One Day At A Time' - there's a
brilliant shot of the Rick at the start.

One of the guitarists in Sleater Kinney used a 330 in a video I saw of
theirs.

Treason."

Hi! Well, we are training a new bass player right now, but we've got 4
completed new songs and about 3 more half-finished. We'll be recording them as
soon as possible :)

Oh, and Vicki got herself a 325v series. Lovely.

I've been a "Rick" player since my first bass (a 4001). I currently have a
64 4001FG, a 4001CS, a 360FG, a 350 Sussanna Hoffs, a 620/12FG and a
bugandy glo 450/v65. There is a Seattle/Tacoma band that used to be called
Wonderland that is now called 13 Grams. The bass player for that band
plays a Rick too.

I've never used another guitar after getting my 320. I use it for everything.

I have an extra 320 for emergencies, but that is it. I'm big on brand loyalty.

I love Good Mourning Darling off that CD - hope the new one is as good.

That was a favorite of mine since the moment I finished writing it =)

Janice Tanaka from L7 plays a beat up 4001 (I think). She used to be
in a band called Stone Fox from SF.

Miki Beryami from the band Lush plays a Rickenbacker 360/12. The
fireglo kindof matched her hair color too.

Also there is a picture somewhere of Björk playing a Rick bass.
Interesting......
