To edit any section of the program press the button under the section you want to edit, it will show what is currently stored. Rotate the data wheel until you get to the number of the effect you want to edit. You will see a decimal point in the lower right corner of the display meaning you changed it and ready to store.Press the button under the display and store will flashing,press again and that value will be stored.If you want to turn off that whole effect keep turning the data wheel until you see 2 dashes in the display and the store button, and that whole section will be off.

Also after making your edits and want to store your program in a different bank,when you press the store button the store light will be blinking, rotate the data wheel to select where you want your program to be stored, then press the button again and it will be stored where you selected.
