Hello,

I have this effects :

Digital delay (BOSS DD-3)
Tremolo (Dunlop)
Phasing (Ibanez PT9)
Super Chorus (Boss CH-1)
Octave (Boss OC-2)
Over Drive / Distorsion (Boss OS-2)

And a power supply / master switch (Boss PSM-5)

If someone can tell me wich the best chronology for connecting this effect ?

Try a www.google.com search on "guitar effects order".
One traditionally accepted approach would be:

- Volume
- Wah
- Overdrive
- Pre-amp
- Modulation effects (what order?)
- Delay
- Reverb
- Power amp

So, in your case, one reasonable order might be:

Over Drive / Distorsion (Boss OS-2)

Octave (Boss OC-2)
-- Amp FX loop send

Phasing (Ibanez PT9)
Super Chorus (Boss CH-1)

Tremolo (Dunlop)
Digital delay (BOSS DD-3)
-- Amp FX loop return

Although I'm a little uncertain abot chorus versus phasing
order, or where tremolo should really go.

Perhaps someone else could offer an opinion on that.

The best approach, though, is to take that representative
guideline and experiment, as the sound you like is what
really matters.

In that case, follow the same order but ignore the FX loop
(pre-amp and power amp) lines in the order list. :-)

I have always wondered if there is a good reason why modulation effects
should be in a certain order, based on their type of delay times. Chorus,
Flanger, and then Phaser? Myabe I have it backwards....

If you like the sound, then the order is just right. :-)

There's a bit of "theory" you can find on what should sound
best (eg, reverb being last in the chain just after delay,
wah before distortion, etc). But if you go to www.guitargeeks.com
and see what the setups are of various artists, you find that
nearly all of them have all their effects in front of the pre-amp
(nothing in the FX loop) and vary where they put their different
modulation FX. I've seen digital delay before distortion pedal
in some cases.
