Hi guys,

Does anybody know anything about a Vox venue - lead 100 amp.
I saw it today in a second hand shop for £150.
It was a bit battered but presuming it works ok is it worth the money?
All of the other musical kit there was badly overpriced - e.g. Yamaha F310 =
£90.
I've seen this advertised new for £95.

Any info on the spec of the amp etc would be very welcome.

Cheers.

Mick.

Go to www.voxtalks.com It is the place where all the experts on things Vox
meet. People there will tell you when it was built what tubes it has in it
how much they paid for theirs, etc. BTW you things Vox are worth plenty.
Vintage Vox prices are very high and rising. Buying Vox is like investing in
the market. As a price comparasion in the U.S. the smallest new production
Vox amp costs $110. I would guess that to be about L80 and that's an amp
that's 15 watts with a 8" speaker. My advice as the owner of two Vox amps
and id looking for a third, Buy,buy now, before someone else finds it.
