Jim Deacon guitar-what make?

I have a Jim Deacon guitar. At least 3 years old, Strat style, bolt-on neck,
dont know what kind of pickups. When you use the whammy bar it goes(very)
out of tune. It has no serial number. (its Red if that helps...)
Anyone know what kind of guitar it is and what i could hange to make it a
better guitar?
