Apart from Sir Paul, any others of note, including within this group?

Sir Paul posts to this group?!

Have you just given away Jay S's secret identity?

Anyway, there's Jimmy Haslip (Yellowjackets) and the Abednigo Zulu (Hugh
Masekela) who both play left handed basses strung like flipped right
handed basses - which is just weird to watch.

Er, that's kind of all I can come up with off the top of my head.

Some of the iconic basslines on Jimi Hendrix recordings were recorded by
Jimi himself, so maybe he counts.

Looking at the list of lef handed bass players on Wikipedia, I can't say
I know any of them by name even when I've heard of the band - although I
did see Wang Chung live in 1982.
