i know that drone strings are nothign new, but this is extreme!
It's really haunting playing this modified URB with a bow, but I
wonder how it would do playing jazz, finger style!

I have his album - it's really quite pleasant.
If I ever manage to acquire a double bass I'll have a go at constructing
the drone attachment.
I don't think it would be great for bebop though.
