Just as an aside...
He's bloody great player is Pino... Comes from Cardiff in South Wales
(UK)

He's played with
Tears for Fears
Haircut 100
Gary numan
Go west
Paul Young
To name but a few... Most of it was frankly beneath him.. not that I'm a
snob, or that good
but Pino is, really bloody good.

Check Pino's work on D' Angelo's Voodoo
album from last year, just awesome groovesmanship! The best R&B album from
last year IMHO:-) Aloha, Jerry

He also did a lot of work on the new Erykah Badu album--another very
groovy R&B effort from (late) last year. Whn I grow up I wanna be like
him.

Does He play on all the tracks or just a few ? I must confess I've never
heard
of D'Angelo, I'm not up on the latest stuff, but if Pino's on it I'll
check it out

Hey smarty pants. You are replying to a post from 2001.

“As a player, whether in the studio or on the stage, David is up there with the best. His bass licks on ELTON JOHN's tunes such as Nikita and live performances with Elton were simply brilliant. His classical guitar work with RICK WAKEMAN is equally as memorable. The list of artists he has worked with is long and diverse ranging from the Hard Rock of JIMMY PAGE, to the Progressive Rock of FISH, to the traditional Scottish tunes of such artists as PHIL CUNNINGHAM and DICK GAUGHAN...”
