I had a run-in with these guys too. They'd been billing us for quite a
while. It took a couple of emails and phone calls, but they did refund
the money. These days, with automated billing and paperless
statements, you just have to commit to spending the time on combing
your statements every month. Otherwise they WILL get to you.
