I'm asking something about Marshall's 30th Anniversary LM series. How many
pre amp valves are working at the same time when playing with that overdrive
channel? I'm looking for an amp that has an ultimate distortion and gain and
I know this amp has gain, but I don't know about the distortion. It has to
be versatile one, that's why I don't think JCM900 SL-X would do it fine.
I've heard it has damn screamy gain and overdrive with tubes 5881, but it
ain't so versatile...it hasn't got even reverb. I've been checking Laney's
VH100R, that's damn versatile, that's for sure and most people say it's kind
of gain monster, too, but I need more opinions and after all I have to
