Problem is the logical things like closing the Chicago sewer canal and
all deliberat measures to halt and reverse the spread of the fish won't
be done because a few wealth shipping operators are big political
contributors and Chicago doesn't want to take care of its own sewage but
wants to continue to send it to the rest of America via the Mississippi.
