Anyone know how the water levels are doing on the lakes at this point?

Are they recovering from record low levels because of all this rain?

On Munising Bay, water levels are way up - over 6 inches.

We have essentially "lost" our beach.

So all the lake superior water-front owners are happy?

They were complaining last year about low water levels and blaming the
army corps of not doing enough to plug the water loss through the St.
Clair river.

Right now, Lake Huron is approximately 8-9 inches higher than this
time last year. Now, if we get a good, COLD winter that results in a
significant ice cover, the levels may stay up.
