Looking for 7" tablet that runs Win 7

I'm looking for a tablet PC that is 7" size, and runs Windows 7. Has anybody
got any suggestions - everything seems to be Android these days.
Tablet MUST be 7". Anything else is either too big or small to mount on a
windscreen.
It MUST run Windows 7. I run some weird packet radio drivers, and they only
run Windows.
It MUST have inbuilt GPS.
It MUST have at least 1 USB port.
Can anybody recommend something suitable?
