Layout-friendly statistical/charting software

I'm publishing a financial magazine and I would like recommendations
for a charting software. Number-crunching is not the issue; what we
want is that it be visually stunning. Some of the names that come up
are EView, DeltaGraph, KaleidaGraph, SPSS...but I can't find any
reviews of this kind of software.
