Problems Installing PS7 after an upgrade

Anyone,

Quick question. I upgraded to P4/2.8ghz and SATA drive. I am in the
process of reinstalling _Everything_ When I attempt the PS7.0 install
(upgrade) it goes through the motions, and gets to the install shield
screen.

It hangs at that screen at 99% complete. This is a valid upgrade, and
I have both the 7.0 upgrade, and 6.0 upgrade CD's but PS7 never gets
to the point of asking me for Serial numbers or the previous CD.

I never had this issue with my Athalon 1.2 when I upgraded to it...
Ideas?

SOLVED.

After a similar issue with a different program install, I left the
install running for about 15 minutes and it finally continued. Is
this something specific about the P4, or large drives (120gb)?

Any insight would be appreciated.
