Yes, Mike, Jim's right! There is a tutorial that goes into this a bit. He
actually takes a photo and makes it into a watercolor with pen and ink, but
you can get an idea what sort of things you might want to try. The tutorial is
on a page called "Really Useful Site" and i have the link in my Photoshop
Resource Links under Tutorials.

upload a photograph and myDaVinci has artists to
hand paint it into an oil painting.
