The image in question is now retouched and is ready to be sent back to
the printing company for output onto 500 posters.
If I get a chance, I will post a url for the finished pic (the pic is on
another pc).
I love scanning my artwork and bringing it into Photoshop. In this
wonderful new world the amalgamation of ordinary painted work, with it's
digital cousin offers so much more potential. I can experiment for
hours....indeed even weeks on some images.
This leads me onto my query. Since my own work is largely abstract
based, what are your personal favorites when it comes to abstract
filters/plugins?

yes sorry......in the INFO bar the k value ranged from 95 to 100%
I was perplexed by my inability to see the differing areas on my monitor (saw it
once the Print Company had sent me back samples).
I went in and adjusted the Adobe Gamma thingie to an extreme...........the
differing shades stood out like a sore thumb. I've spent the last few days
retouching these areas.
