I am using Adobe Illustrator 10 on a Mac 9.2. About a week ago I lost
all of my Pantone - Swatch Library. When I goto the Window menu and
highlight Swatch Library nothing happens anymore. The little arrow is
still there indicating a sub-menu but the sub-menu does not open. The
files are still in the Illustrator 10\Presets\Swatches folder. Any
clue on how to access them again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Actually, though no troubles here, I have seen this

I tried re-installing Illustrator 10 over top the current installation
with no luck.

Any other ideas?

Thanks,
Marty

I'm only a newby to illustrator, but when I have had troubles with other
software, I've found it best if I uninstalled the software first (in the
Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel), then installed the software freshly.
Wouldn't this work for illustrator?

I had the same problems with the filters. All of a sudden they disappeared
and all of the images that had parts with filters could be opened but not
resized or anything. I tried to take out the plugins folder, open the
program, and that gave me an error message. I closed it again, placed the
plugins folder back again, started the program and in the preferences, went
to look for the plugins folder. Then everything started to work again.

I also got this:
