I'm working with circles.. I've hosted an image to show what I want to
do.

Transform A into B.

Any ideas?

Thanks for any tips.

Hi Twitch,

You can select your A shape, rotate to desired degree and go to
object>envelope distort>make with warp>arc.
Adjust details/sliders accordingly. note: If endpoints do not look like you
want take the direct select tool and adjust them to desired angle.
Or if you are trying to fit a circle, draw your circle shape and dissect
into quarters with pen tool.
Apply pattern, stroke or brush to desired quarter.
Or apply decoration to entire circle then dissect into quarters if your
pattern lines up.

From A to B that is a perfect answer.

But to get B why not make a circle, cut out a quarter with
the scissors, outline the path.Or make the quarter with the
pen tool and do the same.

Of course after that you will need to make the dart board
(or Vegas) segments;)

Select the object A, make sure it is grouped. Effect>Warp>Arc after you
get the warp you want click Object>Expand.

You can also create a Pattern brush from one red and one green object,
group and drag to the brushes pallet. This would be the easist way to
create a complete circle.
