You've probably come across Adobe PDF files online before. They
are frequently used for presenting complex documents, forms and
the like which just wouldn't convert well into HTML. The PDF file
format is also used to share files and documents which might not
be viewable in their native format because of software or
platform incompatibilities.

The traditional method for creating these files was purchasing a
copy of Adobe Acrobat for several hundred dollars. However, in an
effort to push the PDF file format and, through that, encourage
more people to install the Adobe Acrobat PDF file reader on their
systems, Adobe is allowing you to create and convert your
documents into PDF format for $3.99 per month (with a very
generous free trial). Whether you need to convert a Microsoft
Office file, web page of graphic to the PDF file format, you can
do it for free as long as the file is less than 50 MB in size and
takes less than 15-minutes to process.
