I am not sure what part of Australia you are in but look for a company
in the phone book called Seaga . There are a few different swatch
books available but he best one I have found has both the Pantone and
the 4 color process equivalent next to another.
Colour swatches are available from:
1 Oxford Art Supplies
221-223 Oxford Street
Darlinghurst NSW 2010
Ph: 02 9360 4066
Fax: 02 9360 3461
www.oxfordart.com.au
Ask for Pablo or Anne.
2 Eckersley's
93 York Street
Sydney NSW 2000
Ph: 02 9299 4151
Fax: 02 9290 1169
www.eckersleys.com.au
But just wait until you see what the cost is! You'll need both 'Solid to
Process' $279.00 and 'Formula Guide' (for the Pantone to CMYK) $180.96. The
full Pantone Survival Kit at Eckersleys is normally $750.00 but they were
running a special for $539.00 - outrageous! Your best bet is to buy them
from the Pantone site in the US for about half the price they are selling
for in Australia.
There are other versions of Pantone colour swatches which I think are
cheaper. If you can find one please let us know.
