Most of them are a bit too cartoonish compared to Wellingtons street art....
(IMO)
As to being not accessiable, if they can get there to create them, then you
should be able to get to them to take photographs....

That Flickr site requires no money to register and use.
There is a total of 24 street art pics in the collection now, and I
don't feel inclined to go further afield for the time being, so that's
