over issues (such as climate, sustainable growth,
population control, management of ecosystems etc.)
--this in addition to dictating the subsequent interest
rate hikes by the European Central Bank, and tagging
Chuck Hagel for Bush¹s Vice President. (See partial
listing of who attended, from investigative reporter
James Tucker¹s list, below. )
5. A second ³Arctic Oscillation² in the Northern Pacific
misleadingly named the ³Pacific Decadal Oscillation², involves
the occurrence of large pools of cool or warm air in the Pacific,
in the same way these affect the El Nino Southern
Oscillation below the equator (See the last post to this thread
for an account of how the southern pressure oscillations are
reversed by the strategic placement of chemtrail clouds which
alter easterly winds which alter the west-to-east Equatorial
Current creating El Nino etc.) Clearly this event/act and not
the weather god Global Warming--whose priests demand that
we pay her homage--was responsible for the Northeast U.S.
experiencing its warmest year ever recorded. The northern
oscillation includes the redirection of warmer ocean air
over the north of North America, warming the arctic (relatively)
and interfering with the normal range of cooling by southern
movement of Arctic-cooled air over Canada and into the U.S.
I suspect the ³contrailing² we are observing (much of it formed
over Canada) is part of a program to manage high and low
pressure areas to pull the Pacific air this is displaces our accustomed
quota of Arctic-supplied cooling.

Those who have seen row-after-row of
non-dissipating ³chemtrails²-- being laid out
almost every day over the U.S. and Canada
and elsewhere (search the web under : ³chemtrails²)
which fill the with overcast--often see without being
aware of what they are seeing and what it may mean.
Clouds are capable of both increasing and decreasing
surface temperatures by trapping the sun¹s thermal
radiation or by reflecting the solar radiation back into
space (the albedo effect). To the extent that ³chemtrailing²
can be made to heat the ground beyond what would otherwise
have been received, to that extent it also creates low pressure
areas (caused by rising air that ³sucks² new air into the
area to replace it). This amounts to controlling the winds.
It is exactly the effects of such interventions that the
National Science Foundations super computer calculates
in the short run (shear complexity (³chaos²) overwhelms
even the NSF computer for mid-term prediction and control
beyond 3 or 4 weeks--as with each step the number of
³significant figures² in data accuracy and ³intervention²
quantity measurements exceeds what is scientifically
possible nor or perhaps ever.)
I have shown how the El Nino Southern Oscillation has
been controlled by Clandestine Weather Modification.
Yet I discover that the National Center for Atmospheric
Research (NCAR) and and the National Science Foundation
spent $25 million on a project called The Indian Ocean
Experiment (INDOEX) which perfected technology for
³making cloud more reflective². As Andrew Heymsfield,
tells how adding specific aerosols to the atmospheric
particle load (as in chemtrailing) would increase the
quantity and reflective properties of droplets:
³With more water, you get more surface area; and with
more surface area, you get more reflectivity.²

The point is not the results of the INDOEWX research,
but the fact that it exists, that weather modification
is being attempted in climate research, that
it involves modification of natural cloud cover,
and that the research is being conducted in the
Indian Ocean, are all items that would-be debunkers
of CWM will have to reckon with. (But this is
nothing. See below.)
At any rate, after the Framework Convention on
Climate Change (see below) in and the
Earth Summit, both in mid-year 1992 --we saw
sudden and stunning weather changes all over the world:
During the winter of 1992-93, two vast wind and precipitation
systems, each termed ³the storm of the century² hit the
U.S. East Coast. This was followed by the Great Flood of
1993 along the Mississippi and Missouri rivers and their
tributaries. The floods for this system lasted two months
and disrupted more lives and set back agricultural
production more than any storm in our history to that time,
with eight million acres flooded and 12 million more too wet
to produce crops; in all, $12 billion in damage ($8 billion
suffered by farmers) with 70,000 left homeless in Illinois,
Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota,
South Dakota, and Wisconsin. 421 counties were declared
disaster areas). Vice President Gore, on viewing satellite
photographs of the flooding in Missouri, commented, ³it¹s
as if another Great Lake has been added to the map.²
In the spring and summer of 1993 there was an ³anomalous² high
pressure system formed over the Eastern U.S. that produced
dry conditions throughout the East--devastating drought in the
Southeast and intense heat in the Northeast. The jet stream that
usually moves from west to east bringing cooler and wetter
weather was diverted to the north where it dumped all of its
moisture in the upper Midwest with rain falling steadily for
weeks. In one shower in Southern Minnesota a foot of rain fell,
followed four days later by another 11 inches.
After a brief review of sub-topics posted
to this thread, I discuss the soon-to-be-released
horrendous predictions of the federal report on
³Climate Change in America² which was
³trial-ballooned² in Washington last week.
Your government¹s long-term prediction is for frequent
heavy rains and severe droughts. Its recommendation
is for the rapid spending of billions of dollars building
redesign of subways, tunnels, dams and sewage treatment
systems, since, the report insists, existing systems,
designed for a pre-global-warming environment
expose us to hazards too great to be acceptable. It
also calls for an even bigger and more totalitarian
Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
Also related to Clandestine Weather Modification
is the agenda of Bilderberg, the shadowy group which
veteran journalist Jim Tucker has made it his life¹s mission
to expose as the world¹s most powerful and influential
network of the global elites.
According to Tucker, in addition to
deciding upon the new round of interest-rate
increases,
limiting of campaign media exposure to
Bilderberg-approved Presidential candidates,
tapping Senator Chuck Hagel of Nebraska
as the next Vice President of the United States
(watch and see!!!), etc.,
the Builderbergs also decided that a global
Environment Commission with powers over
sovereign nations will be created to face
global weather crises to come. Which is interesting
because I have discovered that global weather
crises are man made and deliberately engineered
and could not have been developed and put into
execution without the wealth, power and avenues
of secrecy these men control.
Among those who attended the June 1-4 Bilderberg
Conference at the Chateau du Lac in Brussels, with
no mainstream media coverage by the U.S. ³free
press² (although Donald Graham of the Washington
Post attended ever meeting) were:

(who really controls day to day management of the money supply through

The 1992 United Nations Conference on the Environment
and Development (UNCED), held in Rio de Janeiro
(the ³Earth Summit²) --an outgrowth of the 1972 United
Nations Conference on the Human Environment and
the Club of Rome findings) was the merger of planetary
ecosystems management with economic-financial
management--in effect the latter taking over the former.
For the environmental idealists it was a wedding of their
ideas with the ³powers that be² in the world. For the
investment bankers and transnationals it was the means
of realizing their agenda for creating barriers to economic
entry to the aspiring, creative, and industrious peoples
of the world who aspire to middle class success --the natural
competitors and ³enemy² of ruling elites since the American
Revolution. And for the elites it was also an opportunity to
carry out their never-far-from-their-minds Malthusian programs.
You see, to justify their holding of so much wealth, the super
rich need the doctrine that the world is overpopulated, that
people are like vermin pests that, given economic means, will
merely pro-create and destroy all of the natural good (resources,
beauty, lake-front property values etc.). (Yes, they really do think
that way and always have.)
At any rate, produced and adopted ³by consensus² the much
misunderstood ³Agenda 21.²
Agenda 21 was the product of totally predetermined-outcome
management of 7,892 NGOs. NGOs are non-governmental
institutions, qualified for recognition by the international community
because of their politically correct bona fides. Let¹s face it.
Nobody¹s like you and me carry demonstration signs (at least
we used to before Waco and Ruby Ridge) or post on newsgroups
(until we get cancer or sudden heart attacks.) Rich men fund
non-profit organizations, hire a ³yes-man² with an impressive
sheepskin from a top university and make sure that their opinions
get heard in every governmental hearing or topical conference
or in-depth news story that may have influence. Of course these
hired/prostituted brains will not say: ³I am a mouthpiece for such
and such billionaires.² Rather they will claim to stand for the
³environment² ³clean air and water² , averting this or that climactic
or ecological disaster, and so forth. And the yes men behind the
Earth Summit came up with Agenda 21.
Agenda 21 has two faces, two levels of meaning;
one for the masses and one for those really in charge
(certainly not the scientific community or the true
concerned public).
So lets look at Agenda 21.
In Section One, on ³Social and Economic Development²
we find these headings (among others):

In Section Three, on ³Strengthening the Role of Major Groups²
we see:

(Note: Which explains why the scientific community and
elected representatives are irrelevant to this important
stuff the billionaires want accomplished, and why these
mass-media-managed groups should ³call the shots²--
once they have been programmed where to shoot.)

strategy is always ³divide and conqueror²

the power of NGO¹s in Seattle at the WTO

world government it will be these ³house-
broken² NGOs and not elected representatives
that will set the agenda).

(Note: In the way Outcomes Based Education
as imposed-from-above on communities around
the U.S.--while mis-portrayed as an answer to
³grass roots concerns².)

Now for the bottom line.
Agenda 21 specified the price tag (but not the
money sources) which attaining its objectives
would require. These include:
21 billion dollars for ³Atmosphere²
13.1 billion for ³Oceans²
8.9 billion for ³International Cooperation²
7.1 billion for ³Population²
2.1 billion for ³Information²
.5 billion for ³Technology Transfer²
63 million for ³Making Decisions²

I present the above merely as a clue to
where how the money came together to
pay for the huge air fleets, computer, technology,
and expensive secrecy (decision making?) of
Clandestine Weather Modification.
Under multilateral treaty making auspices of the UN
157 nations adopted the Framework Convention on
Climate Change (FCCC) and six years later, in 1997
the Kyoto Protocol. The FCCC and Kyoto, together with
resolution of the Governing Council of the United Nations
Environment Program (UNEP), create and shape the
very interesting United Nations climate change regime
(UNCCR), A fundamental change in international relations,
which exchanges genuine cooperative interdependence
(the text book picture of the UN) for global centralization
of power into the hands of non-elected banker-selected
individuals. (Remember: The bankers will finance all steps
taken to manage global environmental change --and as
lenders can be expected to take an active interest in
the measures taken--setting their rates accordingly.)
Past postings to this thread have established that the
following:
1. That powerful weather modification technologies have
existed for years in the hands of the military and government
agencies;
2. That the CIA and other agencies have considered the
implications of weather modification as a weapon and as
a geopolitical challenge;
3. That elite foundations and the organizations they fund
or other wise control, both those that address special
issues such as global warming, population, ozone-layer
disturbances, acid rain; and those involved in promoting
the elite¹s global political and economic agenda (Trilateral
Commission, Council on Foreign Relations)
and the transnational governance institutions (World Bank,
International Monetary Fund, World Trade Organization,
World Meteorological Organization), as well as all federal
and state agencies and the staffs and staff associations
of Congress (who really write and control the telephone-book-
thick omnibus ³laws² that your Congressmen and Senators
never understand or even read -- view ³climate changes² as
a reason for national-sovereignty-transcending elite-institution
directed agreements (Rio, Kyoto, London, Madrid) that
dictate what peoples and nations can and can¹t produce,
what resources they can touch, how much energy they may
utilize, what materials, resources and suppliers must be
shut down;
4. That high-tech weather forecasting has gone underground,
leaving the National Weather Service a centralized monopoly
that merely extrapolates current observations in only one NWS
computer, compares them with climatological data and produces
a ³product² that no forecaster with access to the general public
is allowed to contradict (although private organizations can
hire their own forecast services as long as the results are
not made public);
5. That across the country and around the world what must
be tens of hundreds of jet aircraft are emitting--in addition to
the normal vapor condensation trails that results when the
water byproduct of their burning hydrocarbon fuels mixed
with ambient air leaves jet engines at high temperature and
relative vapor pressure--obvious non-dissipating ³chemtrails²
that may stretch from horizon to horizon, and blend with
other chemtrails to eventually form a sheet of high cirrus-
resembling overcast cloud, which definitely cools the
lower regions of the air creating a high pressure area--
totally capable and adequate to shift the flows of air
over the earth¹s surface and in particular the arctic moisture
that comes down from the Canada giving the American
farmer the water he needs to grow his crops and pay his
debts;
and, finally, cutting this summary short,
5. That the El Nino (accent mark unavailable) Southern
Oscillation is merely the result of artificial or natural
heating of southern Pacific waters that stops and then
reverses the largely wind-driven east-moving
Equatorial Current --causing the Peru current (Humbolt
Current) to slow or stop its northward flow up the
coast of South America -- resulting in warm fishery-destroying
water at the coast of Peru and warmer water flowing through
Drake¹s Passage between South America and the Antarctic
Peninsula where thousands of square miles of the normally
only three-foot-thick Larsen ice shelf have been breaking up;
while as a result the U.S. infrastructure, environment and
agriculture is devastated -- while other countries in the Eastern
Mediterranean receive ideal rainfall (a perfect correlation has
been established over many years of both natural and recent
El Ninos--see reference in earlier posting to this thread-- three
back, I think).

a piece of Administration-imposed disinformation, because
fits so well with and smacks so much of the barrage of ³China
won¹t be ready to challenge the United States militarily until

Executive Summary
In 2025, US aerospace forces can "own the
weather" by capitalizing on emerging
technologies and focusing development of
those technologies to war-fighting applications.
Such a capability offers the war fighter tools
to shape the battlespace in ways never before
possible. It provides opportunities to impact
operations across the full spectrum of conflict
and is pertinent to all possible futures. The
purpose of this paper is to outline a strategy
for the use of a future weather-modification
system to achieve military objectives rather
than to provide a detailed technical road map.
A high-risk, high-reward endeavor,
weather-modification offers a dilemma not
unlike the splitting of the atom. While
some segments of society will always be
reluctant to examine controversial issues
such as weather-modification, the tremendous
military capabilities that could result
from this field are ignored at our own peril.
From enhancing friendly operations or
disrupting those of the enemy via small-scale
tailoring of natural weather patterns to
complete dominance of global communications
and counterspace control, weather-modification
offers the war fighter a wide-range of possible
options to defeat or coerce an adversary.
Some of the potential capabilities a
weather-modification system could provide
to a war-fighting commander in chief (CINC)
are listed in table 1.
Technology advancements in five major areas
are necessary for an integrated
weather-modification capability:
(1) advanced nonlinear modeling techniques,
(2) computational capability,
(3) information gathering and transmission,
(4) a global sensor array, and
(5) weather intervention techniques. Some
intervention tools exist today and others
may be developed and refined in the future.

Current technologies that will mature over
the next 30 years will offer anyone who
has the necessary resources the ability
to modify weather patterns and their
corresponding effects, at least on the
local scale. Current demographic, economic,
and environmental trends will create
global stresses that provide the impetus
necessary for many countries or groups
to turn this weather-modification ability
into a capability.
In the United States, weather-modification
will likely become a part of national security
policy with both domestic and international
applications. Our government will pursue such
a policy, depending on its interests, at
various levels. These levels could include
unilateral actions, participation in a security
framework such as NATO, membership in an
international organization such as the UN,
or participation in a coalition. Assuming
that in 2025 our national security strategy
includes weather-modification, its use in
our national military strategy will naturally
follow. Besides the significant benefits an
operational capability would provide, another
motivation to pursue weather-modification is
to deter and counter potential adversaries.
In this paper we show that appropriate
application of weather-modification can provide
battlespace dominance to a degree never before
imagined. In the future, such operations will
enhance air and space superiority and provide
new options for battlespace shaping and
battlespace awareness.

Again, the time table here is all wrong. Weather
modification is already ³owned² by whomever is
laying cloud-making chemtrails over the worlds
skies--with a fleet of planes that must rank
among largest in the world. It is already
engineering oscillations in major pressure
systems affecting global weather. It has
already devestated populations in over
10 countries (in Central America, India, U.S.,
Peru, and in Africa.)
My guess is that is the CIA and international
organizations, and an assortment of the

Dear Mr. President
and Honorable Public Servants,
As a citizen of The United States, I bring to your attention
my demand for immediate correction of wrongful omissions
and involvements the Federal government and your agency
with remedies as follows:
1. Full public disclosure explaining the truth behind the
ongoing programs of aerial weather modification involving
what the public has been calling "chemtrails," occurring
over the United States, in other countries, and over the
Pacific and Indian Oceans.

2. Cessation of aerial weather modification over the
lands of the United States.
3. Withdrawal of the United States from all international
programs involved with weather modification that is without
the informed consent of the governed through their elected
representatives in Congress.
4. Enforcement of existing Federal law which prohibits
operations adversely affecting the health and well-being
of public citizens without their consent or knowledge.
I have reason to believe that the weather modification
programs that I have observed are responsible for
a significant portion of drought, flood and storm damage
sustained by the people of the United States since
these clandestine weather modification were apparently
begun in the early 1990¹s.
I have directly witnessed the aerial weather modification in
progress over eastern Washington State and I have seen the
photographs and read the accounts of other observers in other
localities which effectively replicate my own observations.
I demand that you review the following websites which
reflect both public awareness and public outrage
that your agency would permit clandestine weather
modification without consulting or informing those
who may be adversely affected.

The fact that some individuals have allowed themselves
to speculate about the purposes of the ³chemtrails² and
reached wrong conclusions about what they are seeing,
is not sufficient reason to dismiss their fundamental
and well-based concern.
I demand that you consider that any effort to suppress
or to brush off either these demands or the widespread
public concern these weather modification operations
have generated--concerns which I am sure have come
fully to your attention, would be an act of betrayal to
the people of the United States and to the basic rights
of people around the world.
I further demand that you consider the weather modification
being conducted clandestinely over our heads can not
be a matter the secrecy of which is demanded by National
Security. On the contrary, I have reason to believe that
that both the secrecy surrounding the operations and the
operations themselves represent a significant threat to
the welfare and security of the People of the United States
and to the security of the Constitution which all officials
in your capacity are sworn to uphold.
I have reason to believe that the weather modification
operations being conducted over the United States
have influenced conditions of flood, drought, and
storm damage since the operations apparently
began in the early 1990¹s. Evidence in support of
this has been posted on the Internet and to
relevant newsgroups. I stand ready to support
these claims to you or to any government investigator
you assign.
There can be no executive order, no international
protocol agreement or diplomatic ³understanding²
that would allow clandestine weather-modification
operations obviously harmful to individuals and
geographic regions of the United States, especially
when these operations are being conducted
without the public being informed and, even more
to the point, without their elected representatives in
Congress and the governors of states of the United States
being consulted or informed.
I am posting this letter on the Internet and to newsgroups
will post your reply when it is received. The speed with
which you provide a reply will be to me an indication of
your willingness to serve the public in a matter affecting public
health and safety, a matter involving directly your official
responsibilities.

I have posted to sci.geo.meteorology and sci.physics on
my observations of unusual contrails and my conclusions
about weather modification, because I respect the
knowledge, intelligence and methodology of those who post
here. I sincerely hope they can refute what I am saying
so I can get back to a normal life--or, that they will
conclude that my explanation is the most reasonalbe
explanation for the anomalous observations being reported
around the country.
Obviously I am not a physicist nor a meteorologist, but I
am a fairly well-educated man and I do have some friendly
answers to Mr. Suthrland's thoughtful objections and scientific
criticisms.

J.E.: I am a disabled meteorologist with 30 years of experience,
including a master of science degree with a dissertation in
cloud physics.

cloud photos for many years.

J.E.: All you are seeing is aircraft contrails, nothing more. I've
looked at the photos shown in the "chemtrail" web sites and see
nothing but ordinary contrails.
DE: If you have read my postings--which are very different in
content I understand from many postings to the "chemtrail"
websites--you will find that all I have ever claimed to see
is contrails. Please note these points:
1. The contrails are not anomalous in their static appearance.
What is remarkable is that in Yakima the go from horizon to horizon
and never fade! Rather they drift off to the northeast growing
wider until they merge with other trails forming total overcast.
I have seen these contrails being laid out systematically. The
planes crisscross each other and repeatedly cover the same coordinates
moving in directions that do not make sense from the standpoint of
the locations of jet-accommodating airports in the region.
I have seen the permanent "contrail" being emitted from the fuselage
of a two-engine wing-pod jet and can clearly discriminate the
center non-dissipating aerosol condensation from the whiter and
short-lived normal condensation trails that result from the water
by-product of the burning of hydrocarbon fuels of the two jet
engines. Thus we have two kinds of contrail emitted in the same
environmental location and altitude, temperature, and pressure i.e,
the same ambient air conditions at the same time and from the same
plane which is being propelled by only one fuel.
J.E.: You talk of pollution from these "chemtrails" making people sick.
DE: Well, no. I never have. Your are confusing me with some of those
on the "chemtrail" websites who are speculating in a state of
fear, distrust and a lack of scientific background. I have been
saying that the anomalous "chemtrails" are evidence of the use of
existing weather modification technology, the creation of cloud
cover that can either heat or cool the ground below depending on
conditions, angle and other factors.
J.E.: Think for a minute about vertical dispersion from something 5 or 6
miles high. It will take a very long time for something (ice
crystals) to fall that far, all the while being advected downwind.
It's ridiculous to hear these statements about people getting sick
just after they saw a contrail. It's physically impossible. It is
only possible if that person lets ignorance and paranoia control their
mind.
D.E.: I totally agree, Joe. But the cloud cover, if, for example,
it reflects the electromagnetic/thermal rays of the sun away from the
surface will thereby create higher-than-otherwise pressure over the
ground deprived of solar thermal radiation.
J.E.: You are the one doing the polluting, by posting these crazy
schemes to a newsgroup designed for the discussion of the science
of meteorology. If you must post, please take it somewhere else.
D.E.: How else can a layman like me be put in his place by men
of science, like yourself, Joe? (Nothing would please me more
than to have my observation-based theory blown to smithereens by
trained minds like your own. Unfortunately you are the first one
to take on the assignment after a month of posting. Can it be
that at least some of the highly qualified minds like yourself
have not yet reached a conclusion on this?
If someone were writing "gibberish" in my field--investment
banking--on sci.econ or alt.politics.economics I would be
glad for the opportunity to explode his popular fallacies
for all to see. Why don't you have that attitude? Right
now, I beg you to answer my comments on your criticisms.
I am not cutting edge, but I do represent the uneducated
public seeking facts in a field they have neglected all
their lives but now is suddenly thrust into their sphere
of concern. I would look at this thread as an opportunity.

of ideas. My theory can be put into ³refutable² terms. Just explain those
horizon-to-horizon contrails that become permanent overcast.
Meteorology, I discover late in life (I am 52), is very interesting,
as is oceanography. My field is economics. All three disciplines share
the problems of analysis in complexity. (I am also in awe of how little
of recent technological developments in computer weather modeling etc.
are being shared with the public.) If the ³chemtrail² issue is ever
resolved
I believe I shall continue to study the weather for its own rewards.
Joe, ( Mr. Sutherland), I would appreciate a scientific discussion
in which you give alternative explanations to the phenomena on which
I have based my "gibberish", that is, my ³best-shot² conclusion that
some agencies or organizations are engaged in weather modification
using cloud creation to alter lower-level pressure-conditions, to
steer or otherwise redirect weather system movements for their
own purposes, purposes that are not being shared with the public.
Certainly there are students of meteorology who can benefit from
your instructing an errant fellow like me.
We can clean the ³slat² and start from scratch with your next
posting. You can pick off every particle of sloppy reasoning
or wrong information that I present. When I stray from your
scientific standards, expose me, and I we all will benefit.
Please accept this invitation.
But I do not think I should simply leave these newsgroups,
until I have been thoroughly answered. (If I were one of those
who argued that poisons were being dropped--then I would
feel it was time to go after the excellent refutation you gave
above. Now it is my turn. Refute me.)

international sanction from the world's governing
elites for what they are doing.

Sections III
Item #1: ³JP-8² fuel holders in the Saddle Mountains.
This and the next item are especially relevant to the
theory of jettisoned unused fuel, one of the meteorologists
quoted above(AMOS) has offered as an explanation of the
darker non-dissipating horizon-to-horizon wide-band
merging-into-cloud-cover chemtrails which thousands
have been observing around the country.
A caller from Washington State, a man in the petroleum
business, with an aviation-defense background, who also
has been wondering about massive contrailing in the Pacific
Northwest has a photograph showing
four new 350,000 gallon tanks labeled "JP-8" (jet fuel) hidden
on the Yakima Firing Range, U.S. military reservation.
Covering an area that includes much of the Saddle Mountains,
north and northeast of Yakima, in rugged and empty sagebrush
country--where it offers the perfect environment for wargaming
Middle-East-terrain tank battles-- the Yakima Firing Range is
understood by locals to be used for tank and helicopter maneuvers
and gunnery practice.
The new fuel holders, marked "JP-8", are separated by two
high hills from I-82, i.e., from the north-south eastern-Washington
interstate highway which connects Ellensberg and east-west
I-90 in the north to Yakima (through the Saddle Mountains)
and Yakima to the Tri-cities and the Hanford Nuclear Reservation
in the south near the Oregon State line on the Columbia River. I am
aware of no large airbase on the Firing Range, although helicopters
(dark green, not black, rest assured) abound.
A commercial jet airliner uses "AA-Jet" fuel.
Old military jets, like the F4-Phantom, used "JP-4"
The SR-71 spy plane, with one of the most powerful jet
engines ever built, used "JP-7." ("JP² I assume stands for
Jet Petroleum.) An industry reference book indicates that
JP-7 is a "high-temperature² jet fuel. Higher temperatures,
other things being equal, mean more vapor condensation
by hotter air that has been drawn through the engine, which
should mean, other things being equal, bigger and
longer-lasting contrails.
No specs of any kind for ³JP-8² could be found by the
caller. Can anyone help us on this, or provide answers to the
following questions:
Why are four 350,000 gallon tanks labeled JP-8 hidden
behind a tank-warfare practice range?
Is this is merely fuel for tanks or helicopters? And if
so, why is it designated JP-8?
If, on the other hand, ³JP-8² is being flown over Washington
State, does it satisfy as the ³normal explanation² of ³chemtrails²
that we have been assured solves the mystery of horizon-to-horizon
non-dissipating overcast-making contrailing.
And finally, what are the four 350,000-gallon holders of it doing
in the Saddle Mountains?
Item #2: STARLIFTER VENTING BROWN LIQUID OVER
SEATTLE:
Also, from the same source, who travels around the state and
lives just north of Seattle:
Inn February of last year this man observed a C-141 Starlifter
(a giant 4-engine military cargo plane) flying in a ten-mile-
radius circle "over I-5, closer to Lake Washington near the
³U-district" (University of Washington) in Seattle. It was
an unusually clear day as he observed the following:
As the Starlifter came around so that he could see the port side,
he noticed that in addition to regular condensation emission
of the aircraft¹s two wing engines on that side, there was a dark
honey-colored liquid-appearing substance being apparently
sprayed out of the side-door area near the wing ("venting near
the wing root" he said. "I had a sense of nozzles.")
After this "honey" substance fell fell behind the aircraft by a plane
length or so, it turned into thick white chemtrail. The sun was on
the port side of the plane, the side this man was observing.)
The Starlifter completed almost a perfect circle--"leisurely" banking²;
³almost flat,² but just before the pilot would have closed
the ring and run into his own trail, he suddenly and sharply banked
the plane and cut out in a straight line until out of sight, still venting
the "dark-brown-honey-colored liquid" and trailing the "whiter thicker"
condensation formed from it. I did not ask in which direction the
plane departed. He mentions being sick at around this time
"eyes watering, mucus flow, sick for 3 weeks to a month" and a flu
epidemic in the area -- with no sure connection among these events.
He has totally recovered. (I remember the epidemic also hit Yakima,
but, after all, February is flu season here.)
Item #3: A BETTER PICTURE OF THE EXTENT OF CLANDESTINE
WEATHER MODIFICATION OVER THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST,
AND SOME CLIMATE GEOGRAPHY AND ATMOSPHERIC PHYSICS
ON HOW TO GENERATE DROUGHT:
Following his experience with the C-141, this man--whom I have been
e-mailing for weeks and have finally spoken to on the phone--a
self-described ³converted skeptic,² has observed extensive
contrailing over Washington and Oregon in a region that extends
from Salem, Oregon (Lat. 44 degrees 56') north to Olympia, Washington
(Lat. 47 deg. 10')--both these towns are about 50 miles (75 KM) inland.
The contrailing extends many miles further inland (i.e. east), at least
in Oregon. Note: And in Yakima too, which must be included in the
same weather modification mission. In Yakima (Lat. 46 degrees 30')
I continue to see heavy contrailing, resulting heavy cloud cover and
much colder-than-normal temperatures. In addition to the high-altitude
contrailed cloud cover we are getting more than normal lower-level cloud.
We have had unseasonable rain, but this is not ³too² unusual. The
last ten days of July is when any rain should really grab the attention
of record keepers. (Are readers aware that only western Washington
is green apart from eastern riverbanks and irrigation?)
A LOOK AT THE METEOROLOGICAL PHYSICS BEHIND THE WILLMETTE
VALLY CHEMTRAILING
In an earlier post we discussed the concept of convection, the localized
upward motion of air caused by earth-surface or water-surface warming,
which creates thunderstorms, whirlwinds and hurricanes. Recall that in
the northern hemisphere when patches of Earth¹s surface are sufficiently
warmed the air above it is heated and rises, drawing in replacement
air that will follow a clockwise-from-above inward spiral called a cyclone.
In contrast, when air moves downward, it usually does so over a very
broad area (³broadscale² descent) and in a very gentle and subtle
way. This vertical movement is also in a spiral, except that the motion
is in a bigger clockwise anti-cyclone outward from the high-pressure
center.
High pressure systems are responsible for drought and fire
weather. The reason is that the air above ground actually
has more kinetic energy per molecule than air below. A
thermometer does not record this fact because at higher
altitudes there are also fewer molecules (because of less
pressure, less weight of air)--fewer high-kinetic-energy
molecules to rebound off the bulbs of thermometers or
anything else. But as higher-kinetic energy parcels of
air descend the parcel is compressed and thermometer
temperature rises. This warming by contraction in descending
air is called adiabatic warming; it is the change of temperature
within a gas because of compression and not from the introduction
of new thermal radiation from outside the parcel. Thus, while a parcel
of air is still high up it is said to have higher ³potential temperature,²
even though the ³total heat² within the parcel may not change
when the parcel descends and its temperature rises.
Adiabatic warming from large high pressure systems is responsible
for drought and ³fireweather.² It is even responsible for the
Sahara Desert as air given strong kinetic energy at the equator
rises and is displaced north and south, to where, at 30 degrees
north and south it descends with adiabatic warming causing the
drying of the Sahara, the Arabian Desert and other deserts around
those rings of latitude. It also causes the prevailing Westerlies
and the event called the Pacific High, which brings us back to
Clandestine Weather Modification and the Willamet Valley of
the Pacific Northwest.
Remove water vapor and what remains of the atmosphere
(when clean) is 78% nitrogen, 20.95% oxygen and .03%
carbon dioxide and mere traces of other gases. These
gases never condense into liquids and their proportions
of total vaporless (dry) air volume never changes.
Water vapor in the atmosphere never exceeds 4.00
percent outside tropical air masses. Usually,
before that percentage is reached parcels of atmosphere
become saturated and condensation occurs. Condensation
of water from vapor is accompanied by release heat, the
the ³latent energy² that was locked in the vapor when it
evaporated.
Fortunately for those trying to understand the weather,
each gas behaves as though it were alone, although
the molecules of each collide with each other. Total
pressure is the sum of the partial pressure exerted
by each gas, according to its molecular weight and
concentration. If a parcel is not changing in volume
and it is loosing as much radiation as it is gaining,
each gas will be at the same temperature with the
same average kinetic energy.
Thus if a parcel of air is at 100% relative humidity
(i.e. the saturation point, or dew point for a given
temperature, where condensation rate equals
evaporation rate) ) with 8 grams of water in 1000 grams
of other gases, relative humidity will drop to 50%
if water the water content of the parcel is reduced
to 4 grams.
With adiabatic warming the opposite of cloud-forming
convection occurs. High heat (kinetic energy) under
increasing pressure of descending air provides the
energy water must absorb to become vapor,
that energy equaling the latent energy that will later be
released when condensation takes place.
The descent of air associated with adiabatic warming
is called subsidence.
In short, adiabatic warming reduces humidity in the air
and increases evaporation of moisture on the ground.
Central California is characterized by lengthwise valleys
where, in the warmer parts of the year, there is a
semi-permanent feature of the lower regions
of the atmosphere (shown on a sea-level
weather map) called a ³heat low.² I remember
from my boyhood the sharp rise in temperature
one feels after driving through the tunnel under
the Oakland hills (coastal mountains) eastward
to Walnut Creek. And Sacramento was always
intolerable most of the year to people from the
marine west coast. The reason for this is that
California lies at the southeast corner of the
north Pacific High anticyclone (thousands of
kilometers in diameter) from which subsiding
air is spread clockwise. Adiabatically warmed
air falls into California¹s valleys where even
the low coastal mountains prevent it from
being pushed away by the inflow of a front
of cool marine air.
In Western Oregon, where chemtrailing
has been heavy, hot dry weather develops
from heat lows that result when the
Pacific High pushes in over Vancouver
Island and British Columbia and from there
southward.
TV weathercasters wrongly attribute this weather in the
Willamette Valley as ³hot weather moving northward
from California², when in fact it is descending from
above as it comes in from the north.
My suspicion is that the contrailing over the Willamette
Valley inland to Yakima etc. is the deliberate effort
to steer the anticyclonic arm of the Pacific High.
One objective could be the intensification and directing
of the Chinook winds in the lee of the Rockies. Also
resulting from the Pacific High, the Chinook--a American
Indian term meaning ³snow-eater²--after loosing moisture
from its ascent over the mountains, descends the
eastern slopes bringing intense adiabatic warmth.
With the arrival of a Chinook temperatures have been
known to rise 22 degree centigrade in 5 minutes
followed, of course, by rapid thawing of snows which
can result in major flooding--like the Great Flood of
1993, described in an earlier post.
I can think of no other system that the clandestine
weather modifiers can possibly be playing with
when they position their chemtrails as described
above. However, I am open to suggestions.
Also I would welcome any corrections of the basic
understanding of the relevant atmospheric physics I have
cobbled together.
