GAITHERSBURG, Md. - Government investigators have issued a report refuting
conspiracy theories that a skyscraper next to the twin towers was brought
down by explosives during the September 11, 2001, attacks on the United
States. The report said that fires destroyed World Trade Center 7.
Scientists with the National Institute of Standards and Technology said
their three-year investigation of the collapse of the 47-story building was
the first known instance of fire causing the total failure of a skyscraper.
The investigators also concluded that the collapse of the nearby twin
towers broke the city water main, leaving the sprinkler system in WTC 7
without water.
The collapse of building 7 has long been the subject of conspiracy theories
that something else brought down the tower

That could've been many things.
Many people report hearing a possible 2nd explosion.
They've not been able to figure out whay caused it.
Truth is, there's many things that could've caused an explosion
like this one, and they were already in the building.
Could've even been the buildings main fuel tank.
I can say this from the pictures though.. The explosion
wasn't enough to shake the ground where they were
standing.
At least, not enough to see it on the video clip.

One of the neat parts of the above video is where they show two women that
heard explosions at WTC 7 and they both turned and looked behind them
proving they had heard something and then the video goes on to show the
audio portion of the sound on the screen so you could see it yourself.
When NIST did their calculations as to how much sound would be made they
obviously made their calculations on the loudest available explosive with no
sound deadening used at all when the truth was just the opposite because
