Armagh's Church of Ireland Cathedral Special Service of Reflection For Diana

Crowds packed into Armagh's Church of Ireland Cathedral tonight to
remember Diana, Princess of Wales, at a special Service of Reflection. They
went in their hundreds to pay their last respects to the woman who had a
special place in the hearts of Ulster people. Many carried flowers to add
to the sea of blooms already lined beneath the altar, their fragrance
filling the cathedral. Church of Ireland primate, Archbishop Robin Eames,
spoke of the tragic event in which the Princess had been so suddenly cut
down. "The reaction to her death has proved that she held a very special
place in the hearts and minds of this nation and across the world," he said.
