It was in NOTW, so I heard. I have no link. They claimed she had a plan
to put a hole in a condom, get pregnant, and extort millions out of
him.
If this is true (one must consider the source), I'm guessing she never
got preggers and so decided to sell her story instead.

You have no idea. I saw this movie called Dope Sick Love that featured a
junkie prostitute who worked in NYC -- if you see it (and it's GROSS, I have
to warn you) you will get a good idea of what the normal prostitute looks
like.

He obviously finds her attractive, or he wouldn't have had a long term
affair with her. I find it amusing that we all buy into this "looking like
a supermodel is the only way to be attractive to anyone" myth so much that
we have heart attacks everytime we see it isn't true -- and it usually
isn't. Look at Clinton and Monica Lewinsky. People like whom they like;
they are attracted to whomever they are attracted to. We see this in
regular life all the time. Why is it so hard to accept that stars might
not just want supermodels -- that they have the same urges and attractions
towards normal and sometimes unsuitable people that most of us do?
