PETER BRADY'S all grown up -- and he's suing his estranged wife for alimony!
Christopher Knight -- who played middle brother Peter on "The Brady Bunch" --
has filed for divorce from his wife Toni Erickson Knight, demanding a whopping
$40,000 a month in spousal support.
Toni, 35, was the real breadwinner in the family. And when the marriage
crumbled 42-year- old Chris made up his mind to take her to the cleaners, a
source close to the couple disclosed.
"Chris is crying the blues now because Toni made a tremendous living with her
business, an Internet company called Wordlink.
"They married in 1995 and separated last year. By that time the company was
bringing in over $1 million a year.
"Chris is now claiming that Toni spoiled him with such an outrageous lifestyle
that she should cough up big bucks so he can continue living the high life once
they're divorced.
"During their years together Chris and Toni were jet-setters. They honeymooned
in Hawaii and returned twice after that. They took trips to Europe, Mexico and
New York, always traveling first class and pampering themselves.
"Toni lavished Chris with swank birthday parties and outrageous gifts. She
bought him expensive clothes and leased him luxury cars. They had servants at
their home and nothing was too for good them. But when their marriage hit the
skids, the party screeched to a halt.
"Chris filed for divorce last October and now he wants Toni to pay $40,000 a
month in spousal support."

FAST FACT:
Christopher was diagnosed with ADD (attention deficit disorder).

Chris founded his own computer software company and also earns up to $30,000
per year from TV royalties.
And "The Brady Bunch" remains such a phenomenon that two TV movies based on the
1970s sitcom aired within the past month.
"Chris is still known worldwide as Peter Brady, so it's no wonder he has a
taste for the good life," the source added.
"But the bottom line is he clearly feels Toni owes him for the four years they
spent together as husband and wife."

yep, nothing screams 'the good life' like a career based on how you looked at
10.
You choose to leave a marriage, you leave the lifestyle that goes
with it.
Yeppers, my husband provides me with a comfortable lifestyle, but if we ever
got divorced I would not expect any judge to grant alimony.

I didn't know judges still granted alimony. (well, except in certain cases)

I dunno. I think it depends on the circumstances. This couple was only married for
four years, there is no mention of children nor of him supporting her while she
built her career. I can't see any alimony for him, but I can see it for some
people, no problem.
Well, in Texas, alimony is not granted unless one has been married for ten
years and then they have to prove abuse.

Forty grand a month will buy a lot of pork chops and applesauce.
