Snubbed in his will, Frank Sinatra's illegitimate grandchildren are gearing up
to launch a legal challenge to get shares of his massive $200 million fortune,
The ENQUIRER has learned.
One of four known love children of Frank Sinatra Jr. -- Francis Wayne Sinatra
-- has contacted two attorneys, including top New York trial bulldog Raoul
Felder.
A clause in the will limits heirs to "only children born in wedlock and
lawfully adopted children and issue of such children."
"This is a very unusual clause," Felder told The ENQUIRER. "It is designed to
specifically exclude illegitimate children."
Felder was contacted by Mary Fleming, mother of Francis Wayne Sinatra.
"Any will can be challenged," he said.
Francis, 20, manages a movie theater and attends college. His mother, Mary
Fleming, said she may try to organize the other three illegitimate children of
Frank Jr. into a joint suit to challenge the terms of the will. Her son is the
product of an eight-month affair she had with Frank Jr. in the late l970s.
"We are definitely going to do something," she told The ENQUIRER. "My son is
as much an heir as anyone."
Frank Jr. pays child support for her son.
"He was only paying $250 a month when he was young, and crying the blues about
it," Fleming said. "When my son was 15, we went to court and had it raised to a
whole lot more.
"My son has only seen Frank Jr. once or twice in his life. Frank Jr. doesn't
want to be a father -- he is a jerk."
Michael Francis Sinatra is the only one of the four love children Frank Jr.
publicly acknowledges as his own. He is the child of Patricia Ward Fisher, a
former Sinatra family employee.
Mary Wallner Ortaka, mother of Francine Sinatra Anderson, another of Frank
Jr.'s out-of- wedlock offspring, said: "They can put any clause they want in
the will, but that doesn't mean we can't challenge it in court."
She said Frank Jr. has provided very well for her 25-year-old daughter, but she
hasn't had close family contact.
"Frank was her grandfather, whether she knew him or not," Ortaka told The
ENQUIRER. "Her tears are coming from the denial of not having family contact
with him. That is part of her mourning -- not having a grandfather.
"Now, it is too late."
A fourth illegitimate child of Frank Jr. is Natalie Oglesby, 20, of Tulsa,
Okla.
Her mother, Mary, told The ENQUIRER: "We have no interest in the money -- that
is just not us. We try to have pride and we try to have character."
Meanwhile, a British woman who claims to be a love child of Frank Sinatra --
Deana Moore, the child of actress Eva Bartok -- told The ENQUIRER: "I don't
want money, just the words that I was his daughter."

The band sounded like a bunch of child prodigies running wild on acid in Danny
Elfman's home studio.
