About the time that I saw her and said, "man, that's huge, wonder why
I never noticed it before?" I also read an article about a plastic
surgeon who was in hot water for performing an alleged surgery that
was supposed to make sex better, but did little more than make
intercourse painful for the women who got it. It involved toying
around with the vulva, clitoris, etc to "move" the clitoris to a
different position/angle than its natural one.

You gotta admit, her genitals look different, and I doubt the weight
loss and working out she underwent would've caused it. She quit porn
soon after, and I noticed in her last film (that I saw, anyway) she
seemed rather deliberate about getting into position, as if she were
trying to avoid getting hurt.

The gym where I used to work out had a number of women who were serious
bodybuilders and I often heard that different combinations of (what they
called juice, or hot juice), which were really combinations of steriod
injections, hormone injections, particularly testosterone, purified cadaver

used in large comninations or to excess they can cause masculine features in
females, reduced body fat, bone thickening (pseudo-acromegalia), loss of
breast fat tissue, increased facial hair, thickening of the vocal chords,
which cause that huskines and deepening of the voice and also enlargement of
the clitoris. If only used for a limiited time, most of the masculinization
is reversable though the deeper voice, and clitorial enlargement is often a
tell-tale leftover. The combinations of chemical do not have to include
steroids. So people like China can clam they have never used steoids and
might be telling the truth. According to a friend who is a porn fan,
Vanessa Del Rio and other porn stars who suddenly seem to have larger
clitorises were probably using hormones and steroid to get in shape or get
skinny without the appearance destroying effects of cocaine. Particularily
after the mid to late-eighties explosion in porn stars having large breast
emplants, a woman could achieve a thin, taught slender body but have the
oversized bust that was desired for porn stars. When done to excess clitoral
enlargement is likely. Whether this was considered a marketable body change,
I don't know, since I don't follow porn, but since the adult market is so
niched since the mid-nineties, and there's a market for nearly everything.
