ALYSSA MILANO showed her husband "Who's The Boss" when he tried to save their
marriage -- she filed for divorce behind his back!
Hubby Cinjun Tate just wanted to give the "Charmed" cutie a wake-up call by
walking out on her shortly before Thanksgiving.
Instead, he found himself locked out of her life!
"It's hit him real hard," a source close to the couple told The ENQUIRER.
"When Cinjun walked out, he wasn't looking for a divorce. He was simply hoping
to let Alyssa know how unhappy he was with the state of their marriage.
"Cinjun loves Alyssa. He thought his threat to leave her would shock her into
working with him on improving their relationship.

"Instead, divorce papers arrived out of the blue a few days later. Alyssa had
called his bluff. Cinjun is still shell-shocked."
As The ENQUIRER recently reported, in a showdown at her Beverly Hills mansion
two days before Thanksgiving, Cinjun asked Alyssa, "Do you believe in this
marriage?"
When she refused to answer, he walked out on their 11-month marriage.
Cinjun moved in with a pal -- confident that he'd scared Alyssa enough to drive
her back into his arms.
Instead, on December 1, Alyssa filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable
differences.
"Cinjun was stunned," an insider said.
"He told a friend, 'I never really thought she'd do it. I just couldn't take
the nagging and her controlling my every move.
" 'To please her, I had to stay home and be a househusband. I couldn't pursue
my career with my band. I was hamstrung.' "
But revenge is the last thing on his mind.
"Cinjun is prepared to walk away from the marriage with nothing," said the
source. "He's not even thinking about going after Alyssa for the support he'd
probably be entitled to."
