Nigger school security guard busted for raping and sexually abusing teen

A 35-year-old security guard at a Pennsylvania school was busted
for allegedly sexually abusing a teen girl.

L’Toray Hill, who worked at Walnut Street Elementary School in
Darby, about 5 miles from Philadelphia, was arrested last week,
the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.

He was charged with three counts of institutional sexual
assault, indecent assault with a person less than 16 years old,
and related offenses, the paper reported, citing Delaware County
District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer.

The alleged victim, now 19, said she first met Hill when she was
an 8-year-old third-grader at Walnut Street Elementary School,
and saw him as a “father figure,” according to an affidavit
obtained by the paper.

Over the years, Hill called the youngster “his wife and his
girl,” and said “you’re all mine” and “no one else can have
you,” according to the affidavit.

Hill also allegedly said he would marry her.

When the girl was 14, she rebuffed Hill’s attempt to kiss her,
according to the affidavit.

Then at 16, the teen worked at a summer camp where Hill was a
counselor. On one occasion, he molested her on a bus trip home
from the Jersey Shore, the court document states.

“I kept my distance until it was time, when you were older, then
I would feel comfortable enough to tell you how I feel,” the
alleged predator told his victim, according to KYW-TV.

The victim told investigators she was still 16 when she and Hill
entered a “dating situation,” including sexual intercourse, that
lasted more than a year, according to the Inquirer.

The sex acts reportedly occurred at school district properties,
including Penn Wood Elementary School.

The victim said the illicit relationship ended in November 2018
because Hill “became too controlling and jealous,” the paper
reported.

Hill was released after posting 10 percent of his $75,000 bail
and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Feb. 3, according
to the report.

In a statement issued to the paper, William Penn School District
said Hill was suspended with pay and was “without access to
[d]istrict resources, pending investigation of these
allegations.”
