DiCaprio; hypocrite or homophobe, or both?

This kid DiCaprio.
This kid DiCaprio, he's the one who;
the paparazzi staked out Demi Moore's house, saw Leo enter at night and leave
in the morning with no other guests around. Why in the world would Demi Moore
want to spend the night with Leo when she has Bruce Willis as a husband? That’s
like splurging with a cigarette when you could have a big fat cigar instead! As
for DiCaprio, he proves that he has turned into simply just another Hollywood
jerk, fooling around with a married woman who has children. It can't get any
clearer than that; Leo is a homewrecker. Leo came from a broken home, and he
was the home-wrecker between Demi & Bruce and their three daughters? God, I
wonder how much they hate Leo?
This kid DiCaprio, he's the one who;
was involved in that television show about the magician David Blaine who was
supposedly to levitate, but all we saw was a shot of his ankles and above,
while some amateur actors over-acted their reaction to what he wasn't doing? I
guess DiCaprio will get involved in anything that'll get him some publicity
these days, even if it involves deception and adultery.
This kid DiCaprio, he's the one who;
the November 1997 edition of Playgirl magazine has an article about Leo in
their "In the Zone" section. The article reads;
"Leonardo DiCaprio is one of the few stars that could make Shakespeare a hit,
but apparently, not everyone is totally smitten. Spotted with a gal in a NYC
bistro, he went first class all the way, right down to a limo. Unfortunately
for his companion, as they were about to board their chariot, he spied a
Russian damsel with whom he had been quietly flirting. Quicker than you can
say, 'Wherefore art thou, Leo?' he dumped his date and swept his new friend
away. The Bolshy babe was reportedly less that impressed, 'He's not very
romantic,' she was overheard saying. Not even Leonard's Oscar nomination could
thaw this Cold War cutie."
Well, with the Demi Moore affair, where he was caught by the paparazzi in the
act, and this little incident, it can only be one of two things; Leo is a
floozy, a womanizer, a misogynist, a homewrecker; OR, he's gay (or bisexual)
and his cow publicists are putting out the bull.
This kid DiCaprio, he's the one who;
on the "People" page of The New York Daily News on November 28, 1997, Larry
Sutton writes;
"We met Mr. Wahlberg (Marky Mark) in Tompkins Square Park a few years back,
while he was filming 'Basketball Diaries.' He impressed us as a nice, outgoing
young man. That's more that we could say for his co-star on that flick,
Leonardo DiCaprio. Ugh!"
Between Playgirl, the above article, and another report in the New York papers
that said that Leo rarely changes his smelly underwear (and that he's putting
off potential girlfriends because of it), it looks like Leo has gone from a
media and fan darling to someone that the media is attacking. I wonder what
they have against him?
This kid DiCaprio, he's the one who;
was mentioned in the November 17, 1997 issue of People magazine, where the
cover story was the sexiest man of the year. On page 193, People magazine
compares Leo to James Dean again, and they have a quote from Leo;
"These teenage girls have become hysterical, man." he told the Montreal
Gazette. "What they do is shocking, climbing over walls and stuff."
That James Dean comparison sure comes up alot, and Dean had a lot of rumors
about him and his private life, the same type of rumors that Leo has had.
Dean's rumors turned out to be true.
This kid DiCaprio, he's the one who;
in the September 1996 issue of Playgirl magazine, page 9, Nude Reviews column
by Vivian Holland (about Total Eclipse) she reviewed the status of DiCaprio's
"package" ("small," "like a Toyota," "compact," "economical," and "cute," as
the author puts it). The same author claims that in that movie, DiCaprio is the
most popular celebrity she has ever seen who went so far in depicting
homosexual acts in a relatively mainstream film; even further than Reeves and
Phoenix in "My Own Private Idaho."
This kid DiCaprio, he's the one who;
on a yearly basis appears in Premiere magazine with some vague, insulting
comments about homosexuals and homosexuality. In November of 1995, David
Thewlis and DiCaprio were both in Premiere in an article about the film Total
Eclipse making comments which needlessly insulted homosexuals and
homosexuality. Thewlis first said that anyone having a problem with playing the
homosexual scenes in the movie would only bring out their own questions about
their own sexuality (himself asking the questions "what are you scared of? That
you might like it? So what if you do?"; actually pretty smart!), and then he
immediately said that DiCaprio was "a little uptight" about playing certain
homosexual scenes in the movie (what's the matter, DiCaprio; didn't read the
script?). The article continued with DiCaprio saying that he wasn't "nervous"
about playing the homosexual scenes, but he was "queasy" about them (an odd
statement; I remember feeling "queasy" before my first ever sexual experience).
This kid DiCaprio, he's the one who;
in the October 1996 issue of Premiere as part of the cover story, DiCaprio is
making comments about how his seeing "major homosexual activity" outside his
friend's balcony when he was five years old has become an "imprint" on his
mind. He's also in an interview on E! Online where he says about the kiss scene
with Thewlis "it wasn't fun."
DiCaprio's either a homo-homophobe (a gay person who makes homophobic comments
just to cover-up their sexuality) or he's a homo-hating-homophobe. Either way,
I'm boycotting Titanic. It'll be out on video or on cable television in a year,
anyway, and DiCaprio's acting and the special effects are not enough to make me
support it.
BTW: he also refers to women as "beaver" and has made other misogynist-sounding
statements, in the same articles mentioned above. This kid is either NOT as
smart and sensitive as people make him out to be, or he's a closeted liar.
This kid DiCaprio, he's the one who;
is continually said to be a real, big queeny girl when he's at parties and
other events, and is continually rumored as having been seen in New York and in
Los Angeles either with teenage boys or trying to pick them up.
This kid DiCaprio, he's the one who;
was report in mainstream magazine article about having brought a very young
looking boy an hour late to cover story interview dressed in an apparently
hasty manner. The report suggested the boy looked barely old enough to smoke.
This kid DiCaprio, he's the one who;
there was a report about the choreographer from Romeo+Juliet saying at the
Australian premiere of the movie that Leo was "absolutely gay" and that he
loves dark-haired men.
This kid DiCaprio, he's the one who;
was outed by an actor by the name of Craig Chester in an issue of the gay
magazine Genre two years ago.
This kid DiCaprio, he's the one who;
will treat you like garbage, girls, because he's Leonardo DiCaprio and he knows
it.

I think a lot of what Leo has done and said might be cleared up by an
understanding of the following;
On the Sally Jesse Raphael show on Friday, December 12, Sally Jesse had on
Mike Walker of The National Enquirer, Cindy Adams of the New York Post, and
some other gossip columnist.
They talked about Leonardo and they said outright that Leo was gay and that
he's the highest profile actor in Hollywood that is known to be gay. They
said it like they knew it was a fact! And they said the reason why he keeps
it private, and even does things to make people think otherwise, is because
it's most likely that a leading man's career can be SOOOOOO over with the
disclosure of his real sexuality.
So if you look at what Leo has supposed to have done from the point of
reference that he is a gay leading man whose publicists are doing certain
things and making Leo do certain things to protect his career, then you can
understand the informaiton in the original post of this thread. Much of what
has been reported about Leo is probably false, except for the things that
indicate that Leo is a sensitive gay actor who wants to keep his career
alive, and has been convinced by his publicists and agents to stay in the
closet.
I guess that if movie fans and Hollywood moguls want to prove that they
admire and support an actor because of talent and personality, then they'll
get a chance to prove it with Leonardo DiCaprio. And I guess if Leo never
comes out publicly, then the homophobes and fundamentalists have won out
over the lives of the gay kids;
A report released in 1989 by the U.S. Department of Heath and Human
Resources concluded;
A disproportionately higher percentage of teen-aged child suicides were
committed by gays or bisexuals; a disproportionately higher percentage of
gay and bisexual youths experienced suicidal feelings; a disproportionately
higher percentage of gay and bisexual males and females encountered verbal
or physical abuse in high school; a disproportionately higher percentage of
gay and bisexual teen-aged children dropped out of school over sexual
orientation; and a disproportionately higher percentage of runaway teen-aged
children are gay or bisexual.
Martina Navratilova addressing the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education
Network Oct. 25 in New York City;
"A study done in the Des Moines public schools showed that the average high
school student hears anti-gay comments like 'dyke' and 'faggot' a stunning
26 times a day, and that teachers who witness such incidents do nothing a
shocking 97 percent of the time. The results of this kind of behavior for
gay and lesbian students is terrifying."
"In too many schools, students find little or no information about lesbian
or gay people in their libraries or in the curriculum. It's time that
schools told the truth about some of the greatest leaders of our nation --
people like Walt Whitman, Emily Dickinson, Tennessee Williams and James
Baldwin -- so that young people will realize that those of us who are
lesbian or gay have always been part of America, and always will be."
This is what is at stake, and I only wish Hollywood would realize that it is
their own children in question here.
