I was able to find an article at

it's the ONLY thing i can find, which makes it suspect. Also making it
suspect is that it says Gaston was 16, when he's actually about 21
given a quote from Jaclyn Smith that he was conceived when she wrapped
her Jackie Kennedy movie in 1981.
The translation of the page (below), though poor (good old babelfish),
give it's details, but I'm not sure I'll bite completely through until
I hear about from a reliable US source.

sites, but there is no trace of this story *anywhere*. I think it's
bogus.

Hermetic means "impervious to external influence". I'm not sure exactly
how it fits into the sentence, though--

Unless "they" are the local authorities, and the sentence should be more
like:
The local authorities are handling (investigating?) the matter of the
death of "Casey Breckner" ...
and the original clause that translated to "with hermetism" is meant to
be "by themselves, without the aid/assistance/input of American
authorities".

This makes no sense. Jaclyn Smith has no son named Casey Beckner, she only has
one son named Gaston. Perhaps she married again and her husband has a son who
is living with them. I haven't heard a thing about this anywhere else.

Thank you for posting this wonderful news. I was very saddened to read
this rumor, and I'm glad Gaston is fine. I've always liked Jaclyn.
Of course, it's a tragedy that this Casey was killed.

She was Jaclyn Smith's body double in the Charlie's Angels TV series.
Her son was killed the first day of his arrival in Roatan.
According to her, her son's estranged father had arranged to have the new motorcycle available to him on arrival to Roatan.
The accident happened while her son was riding the new motorcycle toward the residence with the mother and sister following in a car.
At the time we met Sandy, she was very upset about the accident.
On the island, she was a vibrant delightful young lady who had experienced a sad tragedy.
She continued her life there, participating in many activities.
She continued remodeling her residence, and was known to house many varieties of wildlife on her property.
All the time we knew her, she was always talking about the many projects she planned.
She always encouraged us to visit her often and was very hospitable.
We really do not know exactly what happened to her because we had moved away several months before her death.
