Record producer Grace Morley, divorced four years ago from syndicated
daytime television host Montel Williams, just launched a record label
- apparently a golden opportunity to dis her ex and sell her wares.
Yesterday the 40-year-old Morley, whose seven-year marriage to
Williams produced two children, decided to break her four-year silence
on her marital troubles to spice up an interview with Lowdown about
her label's newest band, Eight Days Gone. "I kept my mouth shut
because I don't want to hurt my children," she said, "and because we
have a stipulation in our divorce decree that I won't talk about him."
But, she added, "I'm not going to lay down and play dead."Morley then
unleashed a number of attacks, starting with, "For a father that's on
TV every day telling families how to cope with life the right way, his
own backyard is a mess." As for Williams' multiple sclerosis, which he
detailed in his recent book, "Climbing Higher," Morley says he's a
hypochondriac. "This man snowboards - I don't see Richard Pryor or
Annette Funicello snowboarding and going to the gym every day. I don't
see them going to nightclubs visiting zillions of girlfriends."She
went on: "He doesn't date women. He dates young ladies that are
impressed by who he is, that enjoy his lifestyle, as opposed to real
women."Morley has since married 26-year-old fellow record producer
Marc Coronel, and lives in Greenwich, Conn., with her new husband,
their 4-month-old and the two kids from her marriage to Williams.
Williams didn't respond to detailed messages left with his office.

***Sounds like Montel was lucky to get rid of her.

I don't really like Montel. But wasn't she just some gold-digging whore he
picked up? She milked him for everything he was worth, then moved on.

What a bitch. As a person with MS, I find this attitude ALL the time.
Montel's pretty active, but some MS patients are. Nice of his wife to care
so much about his health issues...

He's no prize, but that's an offensive remark.

I've met him several times and he's one of the nicest people in show
business that I know.

He is definitely NOT a pompous ass.

Yep, I have chronic Lyme disease (Many docs thought I had CFS -- what do you
know about Lyme? Email me if you like.) and it's just awful how ignorant
and judgmental people are. It seems the less they know about a condition,
the more they judge those who have it!

True -- but that has NOTHING to do with his MS and she should keep her big
f*cking mouth shut about that. She has no idea what it's like to live with
a chronic illness and she made me really dislike her when she wrote what
she did about his health.

What a sanctimonious pig she is. She's blasting the women he meets in
bars as "not real women"? When he met her, she was working in Vegas as
part of a *mother/daughter stripper act* and has enormously-enhanced
boobs. Oh, and when she took up with him, he was still married to the
woman who bore his *first* two children.

Sounds like she should just stay in her Connecticut estate with her
young "record producer" husband, live on the child support payments
and shut the eff up.

From the NY POST...PAGE SIX... (August 2000)

"I'm not ashamed of anything," Grace Williams told PAGE SIX yesterday,
"as long
as it's the truth." The estranged wife of Montel Williams wanted to
make clear
that her affairs with Julio Iglesias and Wayne Newton came about long
before
she met Montel in 1991 as a guest on his show about mother-daughter
strippers.
Her mother performed as Bambi Jones, thus Grace used the stage name
Bambi Jr.

true, some are that way. I have no doubt in my mind that Montel has pain
from MS, I know I do. I am not as mobile as he is, I went from runner to
shut-in in a short period. And since I also have Fibromyalgia, it's hard to
find a good day, but I guarantee you I seize it when I can! And people who
don't understand are the main hurdle I have to deal with. I can't imagine
having such a bitch for a spouse when you have a disease like this. I
appreciate what he's done recently to help other MS patients. Ironically I
was angry with him for years because he bragged so much about how MS "didn't
have him". Then he admitted it was harder than he'd let on...

What his ex-wife doesn't understand is that people with MS don't always
show symptoms at the onset of the illness. Perhaps in her small world
"disabled" means being in a wheelchair or using a walker?

Guess it's OK then to hurt the kids now?

Her take on MS is astounding.

Aw c'mon, I the "mother-daughter" element kinda classes the whole thing up.
