MONTEL Williams' soon-to-be ex-wife Grace is being warned that her phone man
beau may want to make a connection with Montel's millions!
Gorgeous Grace had been spotted palling around upscale Cos Cob, Conn., with
Bell Atlantic technician Luis Molina, as The ENQUIRER previously revealed. Now
some of Molina's own relatives are warning he's an evil, money-grubbing
opportunist who's not lusting after Grace -- but after the millions she could
claim in her divorce.
"Montel's wife better watch out because Luis Molina is a bad guy -- he's only
chasing her for Montel's money," declared a family member.
"He lived off his last girlfriend, who died tragically. And now he's taken a
fancy to Grace Williams and her big mansion in Greenwich, Conn."
Just two years ago, Molina, 27, had a child out of wedlock with his girlfriend,
Danielle Hoek Niemiec, say sources. After a long illness triggered by
childbirth-related complications, she died five months ago.
Her distraught father Dan Hoek told The ENQUIRER: "Luis Molina is the devil as
far as I'm concerned!
"He's the biggest scumbag that ever walked the earth. He's a predator. He spots
his mark and moves right in."
A furious Hoek has more evidence for 36-year-old Grace -- a true stunner with
an eye- popping figure -- that Luis is simply after a "big score."
"My daughter took Luis to the Bahamas and paid for it. He was looking for some
big score because he thought our family was well off. He took advantage."
Molina didn't even pay his fair share of expenses for the town house he shared
with Danielle, charges Hoek -- who claims he had to make up the shortfall.
And Luis is still a thorn in his side, according to Hoek.
"Despite a judge's ruling, he refuses to allow me or my wife Patricia to see
our grandchild. We have not seen 2-year-old Jessica since November."
Grace Williams -- who insists her relationship with Luis is strictly platonic
-- does not know what she's getting into, according to Hoek.
While Molina has been squiring Grace, he has been living with another woman --
Dawn Langer, who also works for the phone company.
And a bitter Hoek charges that while his daughter Danielle was in the hospital,
a malicious Molina tried to stop him from taking Danielle's daughter Jessica to
visit her.
Luis even had birthday and Christmas gifts Jessica's grandparents delivered to
her returned unopened, claimed her anguished grandfather.
"Luis was causing Danielle mental anguish. Over the course of time, she
suffered from depression, went into cardiac arrest and fell into a coma. The
whole stressful situation did it to her. Luis made her life miserable."
Hoek said 32-year-old Danielle finally died of complications from peripartum
cardiomyopathy, a pregnancy-related disorder that affects the heart and other
vital organs.
Before their despondent daughter died, Hoek says she pleaded with him: "You
have to come help me, Dad. If you don't, you're going to find me floating in
the Hudson River!"
Another family member told The ENQUIRER: "Luis is a low-life. He likes older
women -- and he likes going after money."
