LOL away. I hate beer. Wine, or vodka mixed with some kind of fruit juice.
Or sake.

Get it yourself. Not into pizza, though I did buy a "pie" for the kiddies
last night.

I always wanted to be able to do that, but I can't.
Jeeze.... I preferred the Anita Pallenberg fantasy.

Hey, sounded good at the time.
It's after the fallout that $3,000,000 psychological-cruelty lawsuits sound
even better.
Typing on the computer in wet clothes, smoking a cig? Girrrrrrl.......
Does the lady doth protest too much?

All I can say is too bad. I saw that show and that family was very vocal
and almost proud of the fact that they used the N word regularly. They were
also boasting about how they didn't disclipine their children at all. Both
of those traits aren't what I would call endearing.

Amen Doomella! I had the displeasure to actually see some of this show
and it was disgusting. That family was reprehensible imo.
Clue x 4, please meet Felix family.

"October's poplars are flaming tourches lighting the way to winter."

What a fucking moron. (Isn't this thimblewit dead or somthing?)
Back off, Pe. Camus is awesome. Go read his journals, he was the real
deal.

I've read him; I've read him. I just can't get behind this particular
quote - unless he's referring to the colourfulness of autumn, which is one
goddam stretch to equate with another sping. It's the onset of dormancy, of
cold and dark and the cessation of growing things. Of things growing.
A brief flame-coloured maple sure doesn't evoke any spring in this
person....
Pe (whoser favourite season is autumn BTW.)
But many express wonder at the beauty of the leaves - no matter how short -
lived. Just like people do when green emerges in the spring...mayhaps that
is his point.

Leaves become colorful in fall and take on somewhat floral hues.
Flowers bud in spring, leaves turn colorful in fall. The guy was French.
It's a poem. It's not a deep, controversial statement. I don't understand
the anger.
