But now, Resnick is back on the fame clock. "CJ" has obtained court
documents just filed in Los Angeles that say Resnick is suing her ex,
Aaron Heck, an advertising executive whose parents own a prosperous
vineyard in California.
Resnick claims when they broke up last year, Heck promised she could
keep a fancy 2002 Mercedes, but she had to agree to move out of the Los
Angeles home they shared.
Resnick says she's moved out of the home (no word on why some of the
windows are broken) but Resnick says Heck won’t turn over the car keys.
She also claims he's threatened to "do anything to take her down."
Robert O’Brien is Heck’s attorney, who says he didn't even know about
the suit until "CJ" told him. "Mr. Heck is a gentlemen, he would do no
such thing," O’Brien insisted. "I’m disappointed; I thought we were
working things out."
But Resnick is going for the jugular. Documents say that Heck intended
to "cause injury to Faye." With all these allegations, Resnick could
ultimately be asking for millions in damages. But Heck’s attorney says
it will be a fight.
"CJ" spoke with Resnick’s media consultant, Steve Jaffe, who had only
one comment: "The documents speak for themselves."
It may not be the pinnacle Simpson trial, but you have to admit, with a
Mercedes, money and the madness of love lost involved, it’s still a true
Hollywood story.
