I have a couple of email accounts hosted by mail.com.
They just sent me a mail about their "new improved" service that's
coming soon; when it arrived, their spam filters identified the
message as spam and sent it direct to the junk mail folder!

Hotmail never sends their spam to the junk mail folder.
