feb 2024: record warm SST by record amount: nighttime IR

With only a week of numbers to go, the IR sats have registered -- stop
me if you heard this before -- record high temps for the world's
oceans with Feb set to return a record warm SST of almost 1C above
normal temps of just 40y ago. This is more than .3C above the prev
record for the month set in 2016 -- in the middle of the prev super El
Nino.
