jan 2024: new record +1.3C: Berkeley Earth

Berkeley has just updated its land+ocean dataset to the end of Jan
2024. It finds Jan was almost 1.3C warmer than the baseline (~1965
avgs) just edging out Jan 2016 at +1.25C.

The top10 warmest Jans since 1850 according to Berkeley (using air
temps in regions where there is seaice) are now:
