We've seen the BBC website carry a few stories about Gib in the last few
days. One not allued to yet is the one at

In the article is mentioned the recruitment of part-time registrars to cope
with the seasonal increased demand for this service. I seem to recall there
were adverts in Gib some months ago precisely for these positions. And then
. .. . nothing. So, have appointments been made? Who are the part-time
registrars? When are they to start officiating, if they haven't done so
already?
