Why not?

There isn't one here and Gib isn't the most happening of places, so why
not spice it up with a summer carnival the likes of Rio or Trinidad see,
but on a smaller scale of course.

It could really change the place & make it very exciting for a weekend
once a year.

However, please nothing like last weekends carnival is La Linea, which
was disappointing, to say the least.
