Made in Paisley it was........
The fact that it's an imp should tell those who look it up it's an old
'photo. Those with a knowledge of number plates in Gib will place the car as
a late 1968, or more likely early 1969. By now it will probably have been
turned into several hundred cans.

They have a fleet of Suzuki vans now. Much more practical
for Gibraltar. Nice dide door to get equipment and people in
and out. Small size, good turning circle. Very popular.
The outer pictures on that site about GBC are interesting
and show the Wellington front MF transmitter mast, long
gone.
A guy climbed up it and took it to bits top down. Rather
him than me.

But on GBC it's because nobody there has been trained to watch a PPM or
VU meter.
On the radio side of things the Optimod looks after it all. But i
expect on the TV side of things they just have a limiter, at times they
even manage to over drive it.
It's a shame because the little station could be a little gold mine,
and guess by 2012 it will all be digital.
WOW, get ready everyone digital GBC and we might even get teletext.
..
>Dont get me started on GBC
They do have a PPM on the output I watched it this afternoon
and the levels looked OK to me.

GBC did at one time have teletext, but there again so DID
most broadcasters. Their new windowed daytime filler is
quite innovative.
