Most of the noise in the media recently has been over the
airport and what Sr Moratinos said or didn't say.

However, very shortly we will get to vote on the new
constitution, and this time there will be campaigns for
and against the question

GBC is running an extended viewpoint programme this
week to discuss the issues.
