The Tory party, traditionally Eurosceptic, especially when it comes to EU
court rulings, seem to like this one.

What a bunch of hypocrites!

Does anyone know if this petulant action was brought by the previous Spanish
Government or the current one.

How can saying that that Spanish Government that brought the action was
petulant be called 'bitter sniping' at Gibraltar?!

Read what I said, you really are thick.

The action was started by the previous Sp govt, the PP (Partido Popular - it
really doesn't need a translation, the Sp conservatives in effect). The
action was NOT withdrawn by the current Sp govt, their equiv of the lab
party, the PSOE (Partido Socialista Obrero Espa~ol - Party Socialist Worker
Spanish, literally)
