Meanwhile Ancram suggests one permanent solution to the sovereignty question
that we have spoken of at times in this ng but which has apparently not
occurred to anyone else. Simply put, Spain learns to live with the fact Gib
is not ever going to be hers, and drops the matter.
Yes indeed, plain speaking from the hip!
