CHARTER: alt.ghosts seeks to centralise the discussion of apparitional
experiences. The discussion of apparitional experiences necessarily
includes the discussion of anomalous, quasi-perceptual experiences such as
personal first hand experiences, contacts, and observations of
the spiritual plane. While this group is principally concerned with
apparitional experiences, parapsychology will be considered "on-topic".

Discussion of non accepted parapsychology, such as astrology, ufo's, big foot,
paganism, vampires, alchemy and witch-craft are not relevant
to the group and should be conducted by private email.

The newsgroup will not be moderated.

It is suggested, to facilitate filters and kill files that all posts include
the word "ghosts" somewhere in the message subject. e.g. "ghosts: How do I
remove form my house?

Binary, off-topic, and advertising posts are not permitted.
