Irish RYAN family of CLINKE (1800s)

I am looking for information on behalf of my father.

Does anyone have information on the Irish county of BORADERL or a
suggestion as to what county it is - this is decoded from an Irish
marriage certificate written in unclear lomghand.

In particular, THOMAS CONNEL was born in BORADERL, his father was
WILLIAM CONNELL who married HONORA RYAN from CLINKE.

Her father was JAMES RYAN. She was married in the Catholic church of
BIRR bye Rev John Egan, Parish Priest, 1869.

Any information on any of the above would be appreciated.
