Just type in the family name in a search engine and you may
get a lot of sites to look in. For the first time this a.m., I used
the SNAP search engine and got25 pages of the name.
If you have names in Belgium, use INFOBEL. There is one for
France and the UK, too.
Happy hunting!

Depends on your definition of "any". Without ANY money at all, good
luck. It's possible that you could walk into an LDS FHC and they may
just happen to have the films you need on hand locally, but you would
need quite a bit of luck.
With a tiny bit of money, you can pay a token amount to cover expenses
and order the films you actually need. About $4 per film for about a
month's worth of time.
Copies are a different matter. They really aren't cheap ($0.25/copy)
but they'll keep attempting a copy till they get the best copy possible
from the film. (may vary from FHC to FHC?)
You might want to consider just how much you want to photocopy. Do you
only want photocopies of your direct ancestors, or do you want hardcopy
of all their siblings as well. Perhaps you should just use a pen and
paper to take note of the cousins (and where the information can be found
for later use) and save the money for copying only your direct ancestors.
Budget, budget, budget! How much can you afford to throw away on your
research project? $5.00/month, $5.00/week, $10.00/week? More? Less?
For $5.00 month, you could perhaps view a film a month and get four
copies. For $10/wk, you're pushing the limit if you figure on viewing
8 films a month... unless you know exactly where on the film the info
you desire is located. That $ amount is really just for access to the
resources... everything else REQUIRED is free if you are willing to
put out the sweat. Anything more you want to spend, can facilitate
your research, but on a tight budget you could trade sweat for price.
If $5/mo is still too much, then perhaps $5 every two months... it
certainly brings your research to a slow crawl, but if you have some
amount to spend, it doesn;t brint it to a halt.

Of the libraries that I have been to, they do not charge anything to
gain access to the material but charge through the nose to make copies.
All it will cost you to start is the cost of some paper and pencils.
Please note that some places will not allow you to use a pen.
I started out by going to the county central library. I have also gone
to the state historical society and the National Archives. For sure you
don't have to spend much money to get started. In fact, some of what I
have paid for, I didn't think that I got much value from. In general,
when you spend money, you are trying to save time by paying someone else
to go do your work for you. There fore, if you have more time than
money, by all means go do the research yourself. If you have neither
time or money, you probibly won't get very far. I hope that this helps.
