My final day on dial-up

No, really. Today is my final day on dial-up. Tomorrow the crew come in and
try to install hi-speed on my Acer. I can just picture the madness of the
'firewalls' and awl this madness /sigh/

So that's it. I'm sort of sentimental because I've been with the dial-up
company for eleven years. I'm going to miss them; they're a good bunch of
folks. They're very patient and lent a hand to me whenever I was in
technical distress.

I've awlready practically set the continent alight with my dial-up. I
suppose now I can do podcasts and broadcasts and radio shows and the
like...in my neverending mission to clean up the Internet and the Media for
good.
